Everything was great, location was excellent, literally across the road from the train station. Check-in was smooth, room was great, clean. Breakfast started at 7am with a train at 7.28, helped start the day off. Pool was available.

Not sure why this got an 8.4 rating. The room was shabby and the bed was uncomfortable. It was reasonably clean, but thin walls and loud people in smoking area out back. There was no hot water in the shower. Website says it has a restaurant, which is why I booked it for a layover, so I wouldn't need to leave to find dinner, but that's wrong. No restaurant, just instant ramen in the minibar. I was directed to a sports bar down the street. Would stay somewhere else if I lay over in Brisbane again.
