This studio is a completely private space located at the back section of a larger house. While it shares one solid internal wall with the main residence, the connecting door is securely locked on both sides and not accessible. Guests might occasionally hear some light sounds, similar to what you`d expect in an apartment or duplex setting.

Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Late check-out requests must be made by the night before departure.
Without prior approval, cleaners will begin entry at 10:00 AM sharp.

Only guests on the reservation may stay overnight. No unauthorized visitors are allowed.

No smoking or vaping indoors. A cleaning fee may apply if violated.

No pets allowed. We strive to maintain an allergen-free environment.

Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Please avoid loud noises, music, or door slamming.

Do not use towels or linens to remove makeup or clean shoes. Charges may apply for stained items.

Please take care of furniture, walls, and appliances. Damages will be charged accordingly.

Check-out is by 10 AM. A late check-out without prior approval may incur an extra fee.

Do not move furniture or rearrange the layout. This helps maintain the safety and condition of the property.

Please clean up spills or messes promptly. Extra cleaning fees may apply for unreasonable mess.

Surveillance cameras are in place outside the entry for safety. No cameras inside the unit.
