birthday family get together
worn, stingy with soap, towels, toilet paper, coffee. Location great but the place is not worth the money for what you get.
The towels are the smallest I have ever seen and no spare ones. No towel for the Powder room. 3 coffee pods. The list goes on just stingy owners.
Great spot, some small changes could make it a lot better.
We really liked the place but there some things that could really easily be improved and lift the overall experience.
The cleaning was very poor. There were stains on the sheets and food crumbs even whole crackers between the sofa units and it just felt unclean. A few little things like providing some cooking oil, bin liners, dishwasher tablets or a spare roll of toilet paper would go a long way to improving the experience. Even if these extras were built into the price it would definitely improve guest experience to not have to start from scratch with certain very basic supplies.

Modern Comfortable Unit
We had a lovely 6nights at this property overlooking Point lookout, there was plenty of walks to do.
When it was raining there was a good sized TV with foxtel and a really comfortable couch.
It felt like home for us we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you we will be back again!

Wonderful getaway!
Property ticked all our boxes. Having the different levels allowed us and our teens to have our own space when needed. Plenty of room also for when we all come together. Can’t wait to come back.

Great location, views and well equipped but...
Let me start by saying that under usual circumstances this would be a great place to stay. It is in a great spot near icecream, fish and chips, bakery and cafes. It have great views from the verandah and dining room. It is well equipped you can cook whatever you want it has absolutely everything. Its very comfortables and decked out in nice furnishings. The layout is also great!
However all this was ruined by the fact that they decided to replace the roof while we were there. My understanding from the real estate was that it would be a minor inconvenience. This was not the case. There was constant noise banging and stomping across the roof from 7am to 6pm for 4 of the 6 days we stayed. We were unable to use the double garage due to utes and a lift being parked in front of the garage. When they removed the skylights dirt and dust fell into the stairwell which we had to clean up. The response from the real estate was pretty much nothing apart from a email blaming the building. Very disappointing.
