Wir hatten als Großfamilie mit einigen kleinen Kindern eine sehr schöne Zeit, das Kinderzimmer mit Kicker war das Highlight für die Kleinen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit gewesen.

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende mit der großen Familie in dem Haus. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Alles entspricht der Anzeige bzw den Bildern. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und der CheckIn bzw auch die Kommunikation hat reibungslos funktioniert. Gerne wieder.

Optimierungsbedürftige Objektausstattung

Die Ausstattung des Objekts ist definitiv optimierungsbedürftig. Es sind nicht überall Nachttische und Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung vorhanden.Räumlichkeiten weisen teilweise einen Renovierungsrückstand auf. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unverhältnismäßig. Bedauerlicher Weise zeigte sich der Verwalter unzugänglich in Bezug auf Verbesserungsvorschläge. Die Couch ist völlig durchgesessen. Es gibt keinen Unterstand zum Grillen.Es gibt kein WLAN und es ist quasi nicht möglich, sich mit mobilen Daten ins Internet einzuwählen (max.e Netz). Im Bad gibt es keine Handtuchhalter.Im Flur/ Aufenthaltsraum fehlt eine Garderobe.Der Kicker weist relevante Beschädigungen auf.
