Situated in a quiet complex of six apartments, The apartment is very well presented and recently re-decorated with full kitchen, dining and lounge area. There’s a great courtyard out back and a sunny deck in front to sit with a coffee or have a bbq.
Beyond the apartments there’s a great outdoor area which includes an undercover BBQ area, in-ground pool, shady trees and lawns. From the rear of the property there is direct access onto the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail. There is also a shared laundry available.

A Lovely little cottage for a short stay….well located to all amenities & rail trail….easy walk to town.
Only suggestion is to invest in some better pillows & stabilisers for the bunks frame….these things are ok to work around though - a nice little place overall…..very clean & well presented.

Affordable compared to other listings
The unit was well stocked but the cleanliness was average. It needed a dust, the couch had crumbs on it when we arrived and the sheets had hair stuck to them. Unfortunately, my kids slept with us in the main bedroom and on the couch because the beds make a lot of noise with any movement while laying in them and move a lot bc they’re on wheels, plus the ladder is not attached to the bunk bed. The complex is older but overall functional. The pool is shaded all day which can be a good thing on a hot day.

Unit was bit dated but I guess weren't expecting brand new.
Had everything we needed plus was easy 1.2 klm walk to town.
Wasn't happy with front & back decks being dirty & dusty plus full of cobwebs, unusable.
Disappointing pool wasn't clean & useable.
Probably prefer bit closer to town next time.

Location represented on Stayz is misleading
The location of the property indicated on Stayz is completely misleading.. The map location and comments when booking stated the property is a 4 min walk to Centenary Park, when in reality it is a 20 min walk. The Property manager have advised that they have previously raised this issue with Stayz but they still have not changed the location. Very disappointed as the location was completely different to what was represented when we booked.

Review
Hi,
We were concerned about the level of mould and water damage. Small bedroom smelled strongly of mould. The bathroom needs a fan. There was water damage under the kitchen sink. The bunk bed was incredibly rickety and seemed unsafe. Check out time is not 10am, because keys have to be back by 10am. Not sure why lock box in car port couldn't be used
