Lazy slob and needs a good scrub

When I first got there I thought wot the heck it was a mess smelt like dog and the owner come out looking like a slob and didn't even know wot he was doing and I asked about the bar but he said we ain't bothering with it this year so that was faults advertise and yes the breakfast was all in with it but I couldn't bring my self too have it as the smell was making me feel sick and the fridge well no point having one as it didn't make anything cold, best thing about it was the shower. But the own needs too start acting like a owner instead of a lazy git

Best breakfast ever

Had a really nice time in Bridlington despite the weather. Good accommodation, friendly, pleasant staff and excellent breakfast, would stay with Oakwell holiday again.

property looks well from outside, soon as you walk through the door u get a dog scent the dog is lovely tho! not very helpful to find rooms just got given a key with a number, bed was really comfortable, bathroom and some of the walls wasn’t very presentable to customers couldn’t see through the only window in the bedroom because of the condensation, didn’t want to use the shower the time we was there due to the un cleanliness, had breakfast the one morning and didn’t want too have it again as made my partners stomach poorly and soasages where bright pink! this is not a review to drag the hotel down this is my honest opinion! (we stayed in room 9)

Great little find.

I don’t no why I’ve seen poor reviews as Dave really try’s hard to make your stay great.. the position of the B&B is great and Central, it’s homely not fancy but we paid very little to stay here and had a huge quality breakfast. We would definitely stay again, don’t pay very little and expect 4/5 star.

The property wasn't very clean didn't have breakfast all in all would not recommend this hotel, not a 65 pound a night hotel ,friends we know walked out ,not like the photos on the website.
