A gentle slope leads down to the 200' private beach, featuring a sandy, gradual entry – the perfect spot for a relaxing day by the water. Take in the picturesque scenery of the entire property while lounging on the spacious beach. Guests are also welcome to utilize the additional 176' of shared association beach to the right of the property, along with the association swim raft and club house featuring a ping pong table. Get competitive and enjoy corn hole and Can-Jam at the property. The dock can accommodate boats up to 20' in length, and with over 40+ miles of boatable waterway between Long Lake, Brandy Pond, and Sebago Lake via the Songo River, there are endless opportunities to explore!
