The newly built house is located in a residential complex near the Bay of Sant'Irene, between Briatico and Zambrone. 1.5 km from the center of Briatico, the local supermarket, post office and pharmacy. Beach, within walking distance, is 200 meters away, the water is crystal clear. The house offers accommodation with a private above ground swimming pool for exclusive use. It is 44 km from Lamezia Terme airport and 1.8 km from Briatico railway station.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and one single, a bathroom and a living area, kitchenette and outdoor kitchen.
Equipped with all comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, wi-fi connection, and stone barbecue. In the large and shaded veranda there is a wooden table and a wicker sitting area for moments of relaxation.

Gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit Pool in Meeresnähe
Wir haben diesen Sommer über 2 Wochen in der Villa Mimosa verbracht. Es hat uns sehr gefallen! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fanden ein sauberes und gepflegtes Haus mit Pool vor. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert (Klimaanlage etc.). Die Nähe zum Meer ist einmalig, man braucht aber unbedingt ein Auto für Einkäufe, Ausflüge etc., da es sehr abgelegen ist. Nur den Handstaubsauger könnte man durch einen gut funktionierenden Staubsauger ersetzen. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und werden noch lange davon zehren! Dankeeeee
