With its southern exposure, the cottage is filled with light all day and you will enjoy the peaceful backyard while you are hanging out on the enclosed sun porch. There is a small yard with access to an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Quiet, convenient home on Cape Cod

We were initially a bit skeptical but the owner came through in a big way. A member of our family was carried away by ambulance on the property in septic shock. We couldn't have asked for a more accomodating host. She was prompt, courteous and quitr nice to speak with. Any issue we had, she was quick to remedy. We highly appreciate it 🙏 Thank you! We will be back as a visitor unless we buy the home ;)
