There is more than ample living space, both inside and outside. Main floor will include an open living, dining, fully equipped kitchen with views of Sheep Pond. In addition, there is main bedroom with private bath and half bath for your guests who come to visit. The lower level will have two additional guest rooms with full bath to service those rooms. There is a bonus room off the laundry with pull out couch (new mattress in 2023) for added sleeping accommodations. Wall A/C units are located in the basement level. The main level has sliders that open up to the breezes of Sheep's Pond. The home's location is ideal for summer vacation activities. Besides swimming and kayaking on Sheep Pond you can easily reach saltwater beaches on either side of the Cape within a few minutes drive. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
