Nous avons passé de très belles vacances.L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le bord de mer (de Saint georges de didonne à l'île d'Oléron sans faire trop de kilomètres La maison est très calme avec un grand jardin où nous avons dégusté de très bonnes tomates....De plus l'accueil des propriétaires est fort chaleureux.

Séjour très décevant.Pas de salle de bain adéquate. La douche et le sanibroyeur sont dans la cuisine.A noter que les chambres sont sous le toit et que l'été, cela devient vite intenablepat forte chaleur.Au bout de 4 jours, signalement au propriétaire de la présence de moisissures en bas du mur des toilettes et sous l'évier forte odeur irritante. Les rideaux tapis d'entrée sont moisis. Les propriétaires mentionnent un dégât des eaux qui aurait eu lieu avant notre arrivée. Dommage, nous n 'avions pas été averti le jour de notre arrivée. La présence d'Airwick aurait dû nous alerter.Malgré un nettoyage avec javel par le propriétaire et la fourniture d'un spray javel, odeur toujours persistante et irritante et retour des moisissures.. On nous précise que nous serions "sensibles" aux odeurs... Nous n'avons qu' à nettoyer les moisissures qui reviennent...le propriétaire indique ne pas comprendre nos remarques..Nous avons dû abréger notre séjour dans ces conditions.En 20 ans de location de gîtes, nous n'avons jamais connu une telle situation.

Du calme et un super jardin

Location très bien située, calme et grand espace extérieur. Propriétaires aimables et très discrets. Intérieur vieillot, mais vu le temps favorable, nous avons passé plus de temps dehors que dedans. Je pense qu'il serait souhaitable de vérifier l'état de la vaisselle après chaque départ d'un locataire.

Très belle propriété entouré de champs. Propriétaires très accueillants et toujours à l écoute. Endroit idéal pour se reposer ou profiter de Royan et ses alentours. Sans oublier d effectuer une dégustation d huîtres.

Nous avons passé un très agréable et reposant séjour, magnifique et très grand terrain. Cette maison est très bien située entre Mornac sur Seudre et Breuillet ( c'est parfait). Les enfants ont de place pour s'amuser à l'extérieur ( clôturé ). Le propriètaire toujours disponible et à l'écoute.

Ce gite est un véritable havre de paix. Une tranquillité parfaite avec seul "bruit" le chant des oiseaux. Bref un vrai bonheur ou nous espèrons retourner dès que possible.

Naja....

Das Unterkunft ist ein Nebengebäude des Hauses der Vermieter. Auch wenn alles Notwendige vorhanden ist, gemütlich ist anders. Die Einrichtung, Teller, Tassen, Besteck etc ist alt und zusammengewürfelt. Vor allem fehlt ein richtiges Badezimmer. Dusche und WC sind in einem kleinen Raum hinter der Küche untergebracht, ein Waschbecken in einem der Schlafzimmer. Diese sind extrem warm, da direkt unter dem Schrägdach gelegen, weshalb man auch nicht überall richtig stehen kann. Wir haben das Beste raus gemacht, die Urlaubsregion ist wirklich interessant, aber das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt bei diesem Haus nicht.

Petite maison avec le charme de l’ancien. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, la région est très agréable et la maison est bien située. Le grand jardin est très beau et les petits déjeuner dans ce décor étaient très sympa. Nous avons juste regretté l’absence d’une vraie salle d’eau.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Einfache Ausstattung, aber es ist alles da, was nötig ist und den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Privatsphäre ist garantiert. Bäcker, Metzger gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Großer Garten mit Grill und viel Platz für Kinder. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist sehr freundlich, unaufdringlich und hilfsbereit.

gite super calme avec grand jardin

Gite très fonctionnel pour séjour au calme proche des plages (10 min en voiture) sans leur bazar permanent en été... Assez central permettant d'aller à Rochefort, Marennes, l'Ile d'Oléron, Royan et La Palmyre. Nous y étions avec une petite fille : grand jardin parfait pour courir sans risque (clôturé). Parfait pour une famille avec deux enfants. Propriétaires très accueillants et très gentils.
