At 800 m from the village of Breuillet, near the forest, we offer an apartment located on the ground floor (basement) of our house with:
- two rooms: two beds of 140 and a bed of 90 for child and bed-umbrella,
- fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and all the necessary for your well being,
- living room with TV WIFI,
- courtyard for the car and your meals outside (barbecue at your disposal, garden furniture),
- a few km from Royan, the Palmyra and the seaside,
- 500m from the bakery (pharmacy, tobacconist, butchers, restaurants, medical center ...).
- A deposit of 300 € will be required upon your arrival, return at the end of your rental if everything is in order.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

location correcte, avec un bon espace de vie, proche des commerces, bien équipée, nous sommes venus avec notre chien beauceron, cet espace est clôturé... donc pas de problème pour le chien ....il était très heureux.....nous avons passé un bon séjour
