Wi-Fi access is included.

Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom (bathtub, sink, and washing machine).

Bedroom 1 (facing the patio and green spaces): one double bed (140 cm) and wardrobes.

Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe.

From the living room, there is access to a lovely patio that opens onto the residence's communal green spaces. A garden lounge area is available for your outdoor dining.

Private parking is provided.

This comfortable holiday home offers all the necessary amenities and an ideal location just 800 meters from the La Parée district, providing easy access to the beach, shops, and summer activities.
Within the "Fermes Marines" residence, you'll enjoy a shared heated swimming pool, tennis courts, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a children's playground, as well as a mini-market (with a bread delivery service 650 meters from the house) and a restaurant.
