Newly renovated and sustainably built, the flat Sommersbergerhof 1968 enchants its guests with modern charm and a panoramic view of the mountains. The 40 m² flat has a cosy living room, a well-equipped, open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV and a children's high chair. Laundry facilities are available (with dryer and iron) - 5 euros per wash.

A covered, furnished terrace is available for guests' exclusive use. The shared outdoor area of the accommodation includes a garden, an outdoor swimming pool with saltwater and wellness oasis, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a playground for the younger guests of the house.

Two restaurants are about 200 m away and within walking distance while a grocery store is a 2-minute walk away. A further selection of grocery shops and shops for daily needs can be reached in 4.5 km (9 minutes by car).
