Our Schiller Quartier 15 is a special gem. This 65m² 1.5-room loft apartment really has all the amenities you need to feel comfortable during your stay: such as a small kitchenette with all the utensils you need, a bathroom with shower / WC and a modern living room / bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa bed that invites you to relax. The apartment is for two to three people, z. B. a family with 1 child optimally. This apartment is located in the 4. Floor (no elevator).

The central location between the fishing port (2 km) and the overseas ports (3 km), and between the main train station (440 m) and the city center with the Havenwelten (1100 m) is a great starting point to discover Bremerhaven.

Schöne Wohnung in einer nicht so schönen Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist top, sowohl optisch als auch von der Zimmeraufteilung und Sauberkeit. Für uns 3 war sie optimal. Leider befinden sich im Haus weitere Wohnungen in denen vermutlich stark geraucht wird (wofür der Vermieter nichts kann). Wir haben eine Decke von innen vor die Wohnungstür gelegt, weil der ekelige Geruch ansonsten in die schöne Wohnung gezogen wäre. Im Hausflur selbst war immer extrem schlechte Luft. Die Lage im Hinblick auf die Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt und des Hafenbereiches mit seinen ganzen Möglichkeiten ist auch gut, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die direkte Umgebung der Wohnung ist jedoch nicht wirklich schön und wurde von uns gemieden bzw. nur "durchlaufen". Auch hier muss allerdings gesagt werden dass dies natürlich nicht am Vermieter liegt.

Grandioser Kurzurlaub

Eine wunderschöne, große Ferienwohnung mit Ausblick. Absolut sauber, aufgeräumt, modern und doch gemütlich. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen, Bad ist klein aber gut ausgestattet und funktional. Küche ebenfalls - Wer ein Sternemenü zaubern will, wird es mit den 2 Herdplatten schwer haben, für die Ferienverpflegung reicht es aber allemal. Gute Internetverbindung, 2TVs, gemütliche Sofa-Sesselkombi,... Dass "die Verwaltung" im Hotel 100m die Straße herunter ist, war sehr praktisch. Dort konnten wir auch frühstücken, Fahrräder ausleihen, uns informieren,... Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal. Was beim Wohnen in der Stadtmitte immer etwas herausfordernd ist, halt auch hier: Man kann nicht direkt vor dem Haus parken (immerhin 1 Std mit Parkscheibe) und in den 4. Stock zu steigen, muss man sich auch erst gewöhnen - tut man aber. ;-) Aber wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen! Vielen dank für die schöne Zeit.

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in der schönen Ferienwohnung. Unsere Anliegen wurden von den Mitarbeitern sofort freundlich und kompetent bearbeitet. Das zubuchbare Frühstück im Hotel hat uns gut geschmeckt. In der Wohnung fehlte uns nichts. Wenn es uns wieder nach Bremerhaven zieht kommen wir gerne wieder.
