Rooms were spotlessly clean, admin staff were very friendly and helpful along with the serving staff in the bar and restaurant. The beds were comfortable but not so much for the pillows. Small pillows are not my thing Other than that I would highly recommend Bremer Bay Resort. Great place.

The room had small bugs in it. When I mentioned it to the lady working at reception she said it’s the bush. I just mentioned that they may want to spray the room. No other place I have stayed in WA has had this issue and other locations have also been very remote. Also it was difficult to find anyone at reception. They seemed to be disorganized. I suggest finding another place to stay.

The property and rooms are a little dated but we found it to be clean and conveniently located. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there is a restaurant on-site. We did have noise travel through the walls from neighbouring rooms, but fortunately it didn't last late into the night. Would recommend for a short stay in Bremer Bay.

The property was easy to find and rooms were a good size. Some lovely wildflowers growing out the back which you could view from your bedroom window. We ate at the hotel which is part of the complex. Friday night was very busy and noisy. They had an Asian buffet evening. If you did not take part in the buffet the dinner options were very limited.

Lovely resort

Lovely resort - rooms are nice and spacious. We did have a problem with internet in our room so asked if we could switch. Reception sorted this out quickly and the internet in our new room was fine. Toaster for breakfast but no plates which was odd. We had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely.

We arrived late arvo and the manager Veronica was so kind and friendly and gave us recommendations and more. 6 stars for her. We only stayed one night and regret not to stay 2 or 3 days there. Good weather for this time of the year helped of course. Food at restaurant was excellent too. Thanks guys

From the first welcome to checkout you are made to feel welcome. Yes, the rooms may be basic but are more than adequate as a base to allow exploration of the area. Comfy beds and no noise from adjoining rooms and parking outside your room. The restaurant facilities are fantastic from dining in to room service. Although extremely busy, food is prepared quickly and is excellent. Staff work so hard to please guests. A very comfy stay !

It is a very old hotel in need of an extreme update. It is clean and convenient. Calling it a resort is a bit of an overstatement. Its more motelish. But staff are very friendly, food is decent, everything is nearby.
