En meget skuffende oplevelse

Indtjek gik fint nok Og lejligheden vi havde reserveret kunne vi dog være i Der var temmeligt koldt, men fik da tændt for al den varme vi kunne finde Efter to dage skulle vi skifte lejlighed Vi fik ingen grund til dette. Vi blev vist op til den anden lejlighed med fælles bad og fælles køkken Vi kunne ikke koge et æg, vi kunne ikke lave vores egen kaffe, vi kunne kun lave mad i en mikroovn Da der skulle vaskes hænder efter toilet besøg var der intet vand i hanen Der var ikke varmt vand i køkken så man kunne vaske op

Een goede locatie net buiten het centrum. Centrum is snel en eenvoudig per fiets te bereiken. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Alles werd netjes schoongemaakt. Er zijn twee keukens, welke je mag gebruiken. Bij aankomst was bellen handigste om het even te vinden.

Apartment mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein Doppelzimmer mit einem 1,40m breiten Doppelbett. Obwohl weitere Zimmer mit Einzelbetten vorhanden und NICHT belegt waren. Auf unsere Beschwerde/Reklamation wurde nur gesagt, wir könnten ein weiteres Zimmer kostenpflichtig dazu buchen oder uns auch ein anderes Hotel suchen (um 17:30). Sehr schade, dass der Service so dreist und unflexibel ist. Das Apartment Haus ist ansonsten modern eingerichtet und sauber. Kann jedem nur empfehlen, vor der Anreise die Zimmer-/Betten-Situation zu klären!
