Excellent hotel in all ways Location offers, pebble beaches, moles of coastline walking paths.... Late September, peace and quiet with perfect weather apart from some epic night thunderstorms,which were interesting to watch

Quality hotel in a gorgeous part of the world.

This is a nice hotel. Modern, elegant, clean - right on beach. Gym is OK - could be better - but could be A LOT worse. Spa was good - massage treatment was decent (which says a lot because it is hard to find good 'deep tissue' massage) - although I was told it was 60 min and I am sure it was more like 45 min, max of 50 min (I didn't argue about it - doing so after the treatment is futile). In general, the reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. Bravo. The breakfast is nice. You are right on the beach within walking distance of everyone one can do in this area. Overall positive experience.

Just came back from a wonderful stay at Berulia Hotel in Brela. The place is modern, clean, with the most incredible views. The water at the beach is so clear and blue. Breakfast and dinner on the terrace was beautiful, the food is very good and good variety. I can highly recommend a holiday there if you want to relax. There’s not very much else to see or do in Brela. You can do day trips though. The whole place (hotel and village) ist built on a hill so lots of stairs and steep walks. It could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. We had a great time.

We fly over from Canada and we get the worst room,, it was like besment. Only one window small size no sunlight whatsoever. When you book the room they said is classic room. For that money what we spent on it., it is horrible. Cleaning stuff was amazing they keep the room clean and they were friendly . Front desk only one man deserves our thanks . Ivan the young man he was amazing ,we thank him for the help .

Lovely hotel - very comfortable & spotlessly clean - helpful friendly staff always willing to assist - well situated with short boardwalk seaside walk to either Brela or Baska Voda both with good restaurants & cafes. Beautiful views of sea & mountains facing island of Brac. Not sure much for children to do but perfect for adults

The staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly and the hotel and grounds are clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was people saving sun beds and not using them for hours on end but that tricky to solve .

Couple trip to Brela

Stay was good, towel situation at the pool was very annoying. You had to give a card each day to collect the towels and then collect the card again when dropping them back. Coffee with non-dairy milk cost extra. Bed was two singles pushed together. Service and staff were excellent.

The staff were very efficient and helpful. The food was good. However compared with UK standards this was not a 5 star hotel. The parking cost 3 kunas per day for somebody to park your car somewhere on the very cramped site. If you needed it they would often have to play multi car shuffle in order to get it out again. Sometimes we would have to wait 15 minutes just to get our car. Also although this was supposed to be smoke free hotel it was impossible to eat a meal out on the terrace or by the pool without having it spoilt by clouds of smoke wafting over. Even my two teenagers found it disgusting especially at breakfast. The evening entertainment was very limited and the vocalist who sang most nights was consistently out of tune. Furthermore there was no evening entertainment at all on Saturday evenings which for early August and the holiday season seems bizarre. Although the staff were probably one of the hotel’s best assets they often forgot to replenish the hospitality tray. I think next time I would find a hotel away from all the crowds too as the nearest public beach and town were packed and the beach covered in litter. The hotel’s own beach was better however.

Now if you have been to a 5 star hotel (especially in the US) you will know that this hotel by any means is not a 5 star. Maybe a fair 3.5 -4 star at the most. The rooms are crowded but clean. The AC works well. They gave us a room the reeked of cigarettes even though we requested a non smoking room. However, once we complained they quickly put us in a different room. The location is nice if you are looking to rest, peace and quiet. The restaurants are fairly close 5-10 minute walk. The hotel does not provide free beach chairs so if you are planning to go to the beach be prepared to pay for these ( about 20-25$ per day) They are free by the pool however. We paid for the half board (breakfast and dinner) and the food is good. Just be aware that at dinner they don’t offer any water so you are forced to buy their bottled water $5 per bottle (ridiculous). We stayed there with young kids and there are no activities for kids offered at all. Overall, this place is too expensive for what they have too offer.

This is a first class hotel in all respects. From the moment we arrived we were treated royally, with welcome drinks, friendly and helpful staff who provided us with helpful information. We were impressed with the grounds, beach infinity pool, entertainment and rooms all of which were beautiful. Can’t wait to go back!
