An internal staircase or elevator leads you to the first floor of the villa, where five bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers await. Two bedrooms also have spacious balconies from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The second floor features a wellness area with a sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, and gym, offering a breathtaking view of the sea. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower. On the last floor, you'll find four bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom.

Descending further down the stairs to the meadow, you enter a fenced green oasis that will undoubtedly become a favorite playground for your youngest ones, enjoying ball games. Descending the stairs after a few steps through a pine forest, you reach the road that separates you from the beautiful pebble beach. This incredible villa is fully air-conditioned, offering free WiFi, LCD, PlayStation, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, ice maker fridge, wine cellar, kettle, coffee maker, and, of course, parking on its own estate.
