The holiday apartment holiday island in the beach house Juliusruh is located behind the dune of the sandy beach. Directly on the doorstep, a beach access leads to the Baltic Sea. The domicile is new and modern, equipped with many maritime details. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen you will find a cozy living area with a large box-spring sofa bed and flat screen TV, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. On the spacious balcony you are protected from wind and weather on the side facing away from the sea and still within earshot of the wave noise. The apartment is easily accessible via a lift.

The in-house sauna with spacious relaxation area is free of charge after registration. The house has a washing machine, a dryer and a bicycle storage room.
