The newly built apartment in 2016 "Sonja" invites you with your 30 square meters to Rügen vacation. The size is intended for 2 people, but you can also spend a holiday with a smaller child here. This is especially useful in summer when swimming on the Baltic coast. To your apartment belongs a water plot that you use together with the vacationers of the FH "Zum Eck". You can fish from the water's edge, swim with the boat or just enjoy your morning coffee.

The apartment consists of a 14 sqm living and a 12 sqm bedroom. In the apartment there is a bathroom with shower. In the comfortably furnished living room is a small kitchen integrated. There are electric cooker / fridge and coffee maker available. You cuddle on the cozy sofa, look from the terrace on the Breeger Bodden or are right on the water's edge and enjoy your morning coffee - holiday, as you wish.

Schöne Lage aber die Organisation ist mangelhaft

Uns wurde bei Anreise die falsche Adresse mitgeteilt...wir wurden zu den Kapitänshäusern am Hafen geleitet, allerdings befand sich das Objekt am Hochzeitsberg. Ansonsten war das Objekt sehr gemütlich und reicht für 2 Personen vollkommen aus. Die Sauberkeit hat uns nicht sehr überzeugt. Die Organisation auch mit der Abreise ging schief...uns wurde über FeWo 11.00Uhr angezeigt und 10min vor um 10.00Uhr stand die Vermieterin vor der Tür und meinte wir sollen um 10.00 Uhr weg sein... Ansonsten im großen und ganzen eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit wirklich sehr ruhiger Lage.
