Dit ruim en lichtrijk appartement heeft een ideale ligging (tov strand en winkels) en voorzien van alle nodige comfort. Tip: Wat meer verlichting in de badkamer misschien ? Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad !

Alles moeten wassen , voor gebruik , kastjes vol met onnodige spullen van eigenaar, zetel vol met vlekken, badkamer zeer donker en vuil. Kamers weinig stockruimte, zeker niet voor 6 mensen.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement tout confort pendant le week-end de l'ascension. Il est très fonctionnel et assez bien situé dans le centre de bredene, promenade et plage accessible facilement. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Mooi appartement, wel spijtig dat de potten en pannen niet proper waren. Ik vind dit eerder geschikt als appartement voor 4 personen. Het zetelbed in de living is niet geschikt voor volwassenen. Tip voor de eigenaar, investeer in betere verlichting. Led verlichting geeft veel meer licht en is zuiniger. De badkamer en de toilet boven is echt donker.

Unterkunft ok, Buchungsprozess nicht

Die Unterkunft an sich war wie erwartet, allerdings war die „Dusche“ mehr als bescheiden: eine Badewanne ohne Vorhang mit einem Duschschlauch der so kurz war, dass man nur im Sitzen bzw. auf Knien duschen konnte. Zudem wurden wir am Anreisetag (!!!) in einem denkbar komplizierten, mehrstündigen Prozess von einer andere Unterkunft auf diese umgebucht, da das gebuchte Objekt nicht zur Verfügung stand. Ein Entgegenkommen für die ungünstigen Umstände gab es auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht!

Enttäuschende Geldverschwendung!

Unser Urlaub hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir zwei Tage vorher abgereist sind -soviel vorweg. Unterkunft: komplett sanierungsbedürftig! Geländer für in das zweite OG hängt nur noch an einem Dübel. Couch war komplett verdreckt. Die Tapete an den Wänden hat schon Falten geschlagen. Als wir ankamen, mussten wir trotz einer Putzfrau, erstmal sauber machen, da der ganze Tisch verklebt war. Der Balkon, der auf den Bildern aussieht, als könnte man darauf Frühstücken, ist einfach mega klein! Die Aussicht vom Balkon: Blick auf einen Garagenpark und sanierungsbedürftige Häuser! Die Bilder die hier online sind, wurden anscheinend gemacht, als alles neu gemacht wurde! Ebenso gibt es keine längerfristige Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Anwesen, da in Bredene alles mit Parkuhr läuft, nach 3 Stunden darf man umparken. Selbst der Parkplatz vor Lidl kostet Geld! Wir mussten unser Auto ca. 2 Kilometer von der Unterkunft entfernt abstellen, da dies dann eine „kostenfreie“ Parkstraße war. Zu Bredene: wir haben in unserem Leben noch nie so eine hässliche Stadt gesehen, wobei Oostende ist doch noch etwas schlimmer. Also wir kommen definitiv nicht mehr wieder, wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Dommage que le propriétaire ne donne pas accès à internet quand toute l'installation est là! pas de rideau de douche ni de parois...inondation de la salle de bain!
