Leider war zum Einzug in die Ferienwohnung die Wohnung nicht gesäubert, zudem fehlten Schlüssel. Die Wohnung heizt sich sehr schnell auf im Sommer und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.

Wunderschönber Urlaub in Bredene

Die Wohnung in der 9. Etage bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf den Park und den Strand. Leider in Ostausrichtung, daher abends etwas kühl auf dem Balkon. Sonst schöne ruhige Wohnung. Nahversorgung ist auch gegeben. Bäckerei direkt in der Straße gegenüber, alle Lebensmittelgeschäfte (3 Stck) fußläufig zu erreichen.

Ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Es ist eine sehr schöne modern renovierte Unterkunft. Im Inserat standen allerdings 2 Bäder, doch es ist ein sehr schönes Bad mit einer ebenerdigen großen neuen Dusche und tollem Flair. Vielen Dank! Super wäre es noch die erforderliche Bettwäschengröße von 240 x 200 mm zu erwähnen, da dies kein Standardmaß ist. Wir haben neue Bettbezüge gekauft.

Schöne Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht seitlich zum Meer

Der Empfang war freundlich und unkompliziert, zum Ausladen des Gepäcks wurde sogar die Schranke geöffnet. Es gibt keinen eigenen Stellplatz für das Auto, es sind aber kostenlose Parkplätze an der Hauptstraße vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist modern und nett eingerichtet, liegt zur Ostseite hinaus, so dass man morgens Sonne hat. Den Balkon kann man vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer aus betreten. Er ist ca. 8m lang aber nur 1m tief. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, reichlich Geschirr und Besteck, kein Backofen!). Das Bett ist 1,40 x 2,00 m, die Bettdecke allerdings ungewöhnlich groß für Deutsche (2x2m), so dass normale Bezüge nicht passen. Die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer verdunkeln nur mäßig. Gestört hat der erbärmliche Gestank nach Kloake aus den Abflüssen und auch die Lautstärke der Hauptstraße. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen, die Küstentram hält direkt vor der Tür. Der Strand ist über die Brücke auch in ein paar Minuten erreicht und sehr schön.

Fast wie erwartet

Der Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe waren sehr freundlich. Leider gehört kein Parkplatz zur Wohnung. Entweder ein großer Parkplatz zum Tagessatz 25 € fast am Haus oder kostenfrei hinterm Haus (10 min. zu Fuß) auf der Hauptstraße. Da Interhome geöffnet hatte (geschossen Mittwoch und Sonntag), wurde uns die Schränke zum Parkplatz am zum Entladen geöffnet. Das war echt klasse. Leider sind wir Mittwoch abgereist und mussten schauen, wie wir das Gepäck zum Auto schleppen. Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und sauber. Zweckmäßig mit IKEA eingerichtet. Die Balkonschiebetür im Wohnzimmer läßt sich nur sehr schwer öffnen. Geschirr und Gläser sind reichlich vorhanden. Alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Bett ist leider nur 140 cm breit. Die Zudecke ist eine Große (französisch). Also Decke mitbringen oder Bettwäsche mieten. Entgegen der Beschreibung ist ein Fön vorhanden. Auch Spülmittel und -tücher. Die Seesicht ist nur seitlich, aber man hat einen sehr guten Rundumblick. Leider schaltet sich von 8 Uhr morgens bis 22 Uhr abends der Luftabzug ein. Das Rauschen empfanden wird als störend. Perfekt ist eine Mehrtageskarte der Kusttram, die auch für die Busse genutzt werden kann. Vor Allem braucht man sein wertvollen, kostenfreien Parkplatz nicht aufgeben. Einkaufen und Essen kann alles fußläufig erreicht werden. Es gibt ein reichliches Angebot. Dienstag morgen ist Markt am Haus. Die Leute sind alle sehr freundlich. Alles in allem kann man die Wohnung aber empfehlen. Perfekte Lage, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.

Schlichtes Haus, nette Wohnung, hell und modern.

Der Ausblick ist wirklich toll. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem riesigen Haus, da wir einen Hund haben. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist auf den ersten Eindruck sehr einfach. Allerdings wurde die Wohnung schön hell renoviert, der Wohnraum ist gemütlich. Das Bad zwar klein, verfügt aber über eine große Dusche und ist modern. Das Bett könnte bequemer sein, aber im Gegensatz zu manch anderen Betten doch ganz gut. Problem sind ja immer die Matratzen und Lattenroste, zumindest ging es uns bisher so. Ab September sind an der Straße vor dem Haus genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Zu anderen Zeiten muss man allerdings bezahlen, da es nur einen Privatparkatz gibt, der nicht zur Verfügung steht. Wir waren zufrieden mit der Wohnung und bietet eine gute Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für lange Strandspaziergänge

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, alles in gutem Zustand. Für ein paar Tage im Herbst für 2 Personen - wunderbar. Das Haus an sich ist, wie viele an Belgiens Küste, hässlich. Aber der Strand ist direkt davor, wie auch die Strassenbahnhaltestelle und Supermärkte. Manko ist, dass es im Treppenhaus und immer mal wieder in der Wohnung unangenehm nach Abwasser gerochen hat.
