Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, bis zum Strand sind es 3-4 Minuten, über die Straße und den Deich und schon ist man da. Wir waren Mitte April da und die unfassbar große Dachterrasse ermöglichte uns den Blick über den Deich direkt aufs Meer auf die Stelle des Sonnenuntergangs, was will man mehr.Die "üblichen" Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in knapp 1 Kilometer Entfernung. Den Müll muss man zentral im Ort entsorgen und nicht im Appartment / Haus selber.Wir hatten 4 schöne Nächte dort nach einem Trip durch den Eurotunnel und konnten sehr schön die Füße hochlegen und eine schöne ruhige Zeit dort verbringen.

die Wohnung entsprach den Erwartungen, einProblem sehe ich , in der Vermüllung der Wohnung.Man hat kaum die Möglichkeit,seine Sachen unter zu bringen.es ist eher eine wohnung für junge Leute die einen draufmachen wollen.Der vorhandene Aufzug fährt bis in den 4. Stock.die Treppe zum 5.Stock ist sehr steil.Ausserdem ist die Terasse über einen Absatz aus dem Wohnbereich zu betreten.dieser ist ca. 30 cm hoch.Die steile Treppe und die Überwindung des Absatzes zur Terasse bildet für ältere Menschen und Gehbehinderte ein schweres Problem.

Alles da was man braucht, aber kein Highlight

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Schlafzimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist bunt zusammengewürfelt wie ebenfalls die Dekoration. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung deutlich renovierungsbedürftig in allen Räumen. So müsste dringend mal ein neuer Anstrich her, manche Möbel haben ihre guten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Absolut traumhaft ist der Ausblick auf die Dünen und das Meer, die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Alles in allem war die Wohnung okay, so richtig wohl gefühlt haben wir uns aber nicht.

Eine überwältigende Aussicht nach allen Seiten

bietet die großzügige Dachterrasse: Westlich der Blick auf die Dünen, dahinter das Meer in tageszeitabhängigen Farbschattierungen, östlich geht der Blick über die schmucken Bredener Einfamilienhäuser bis zum alten Wasserturm und dem rundem Wasserbecken, südlich reicht die Aussicht bist nach Ostende mit dem markantem Hochhaus und dem Leuchtturm. Die Wohnung hat eine wertige, schicke Einrichtung mit Ikea-Möbeln und -Geschirr/-Besteck und verfügt über einen Sony Bravia 46" TV mit fünf deutschen TV-Sendern (ARD, ZDF, RTL, VOX, n-tv) und 4 dt. Radio-Sendern (WDR2-5). Es gibt zwei kleine Schlafzimmer mit ebenso kleinen Schränken. Die Matratzen sind soweit OK. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Wanne, in der man auch gut duschen kann. Einzig die seperate Toilette ist etwas sehr eng geraten - man gewöhnt sich (zwangsläufig) daran. Heizung/Klimaanlage sind elektrisch und zentral geregelt. Alles hat mittlerweile einen eher morbiden Charme. Im Haus gibt es einen kleinen Aufzug bis 400kg Belastung, der bis in den 4. Stock fährt. Den Restweg bis zum Penthouse (5. Stock) legt man über eine marmorne Wendeltreppe zurück. Haus und Wohnung machen einen sehr guten, wertigen Eindruck, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bis zu den Einkaufsstraßen ist es nicht sehr weit (große Parkplätze). Dienstags sollte man unbedingt den Markt am Parkeerplaats (am Hochhaus) besuchen. Gute Restaurants gibt es reichlich, die Preise liegen ca. 30-40% über den bei uns üblichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Hier hat sich in Bredene einiges getan! So gibt es einen ALDI in Nachbarschaft des Colruyt (guter Billigmarkt) in der Vloedstraat, nahe den Campingplätzen. Außerdem die etablierten Supermärkte in der Kapelstraat (Delhaize, Albert Heijn, Lidl etc.). Ebenfalls in der Kapelstraat gibt es einen Schokoshop von Leonidas mit herrlichen belgischen Pralinen. Tipp: Ausflug nach Gistel zur P&J Chocolate Factory - es lohnt sich!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage.

Hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage. Die Ferienwohnung im 5. Stock war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles was man brauchte und vorhanden war, einschließlich Heizung, funktionierte einwandfrei. Sie ist ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig, soll aber bald geschehen. Am tollsten ist die riesige Veranda von der man einen fantastischen Rundumblick hat. Konnten dreimal einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer bestaunen. Und der Ort Bredene ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück mit allem, was man braucht.
