The cleaner on floor 2 was incredibly noisy from as early as 8am. Banging about and hoovering rooms and the hallway which ruined a much need lay in! The hotel is lovely but it completely ruined my stay.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Until the central station closes location is very good, but after you have to walk around the station. Still it is just 15minutes. In the morning I was a little bit cold even tough rest of the day temperature is good. Main missing thing is fridge. You have to get down for a cold water or a beer.

This is my second time staying here in less than a 12 month period. I was dissapointed a bit as compared to my previous stay. First, I was given a handicapped room without being told. I just dropped my bags and ran to a meeting so when I came back late I noticed it then. I don't prefer to stay in these rooms for several reasons and I think a guest should be advised. Second, there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I was expecting these as I had them last time and it was very convenient. I have read other reviews also suggesting all the rooms should have this. These days, it's pretty much universal that hotel rooms have a kettle, cups etc. The reason, they said, was only their superior rooms have this. A mini fridge and kettle would make a huge difference as this is not a budget hotel. Overall I'd probably stay here again and give it one more try as it's super convenient to the station and the town.
