LUXURY SELF-CATERING COTTAGE. THE COACH

This former Coach House has been converted to provide a stunning space for a 1 bedroom cottage. Downstairs the tall ceilings and 10 foot tall glass French doors gives this space grandeur whilst upstairs the low beams and soft lighting ensure the perfect cosy hideaway dream bedroom.

The kitchen/diner is contemporary in design with granite worktop and there is underfloor heating throughout the cottage. An arched opening leads through to the sitting room which has a modern free standing Charnwood wood burner as the centre piece, positioned against the exposed original stone wall with light flooding in through the large French windows. Rugs and deer skins adorn the oak floor and with the mood lighting it gives a real sense of decadence to this room. There is also a Smart TV, Blu-Ray player (also plays DVD’s and CD’s), Wi-Fi and books and magazines provided for your enjoyment.

The bedroom has exposed oak ceiling timbers and a natural stone wall, with a super-king black wrought iron bed. Across the landing is a sumptuous bathroom, fully tiled, with a double ended bath – perfect for sharing, a walk in shower with thermostatic controlled lighting and doubles sinks, Philippe Starck chair and champagne cork side table.
If you can bear to leave the comfort of the cottage than patios on both east and west side of the property ensure you can always catch the sun.

SLEEPS 2: Super-king bed, with mood changing LED lights, Nespresso coffee machine (a selection of Capsules provided), dressing table and two easy chairs. All duvets and pillows are Goose and Feather Down (Hypo-allergenic bedding is also available on request). All bed linen is provided and professionally laundered. A Hairdryer is provided.
BATHING: Fully tiled bathroom with double ended bath (head cushions provided), separate walk in shower, large twin basins, and separate toilet. Fluffy white towels, dressing gowns and slippers are provided. Toiletries are by Anne Semonin.
LIVING ROOM: Large sofa with two armchairs. Charnwood wood burning stove, with free kindling and wood supply. Smart TV, Blu- Ray Player (also plays DVD’s and CD’s), Wi-Fi, A selection of books and glossy magazines are provided.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM: Fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, Neff appliances, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer. Matching De'Longhi Kettle and Toaster. Professional Cook Ware and Knives. A welcome package of basic items is provided. Circular glass dining table with Ercol chairs for 4.
OUTSIDE: Garden to rear and front of property. Kitchen leads to private outside dining area with large table and four chairs. Secure, private parking and access to private parkland.
