Welcome to Ydalir Haus, a Sapphire Bespoke Retreat that redefines the art of group travel. Nestled in a tranquil alpine enclave just minutes from downtown Breckenridge, this expansive 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom estate is thoughtfully curated for discerning travelers seeking both connection and quietude.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be enveloped in a sense of refined comfort. The home spans three impeccably designed levels, each with its own inviting lounge area and signature fireplace—wood, gas, or electric—creating elegant yet cozy spaces to gather or unwind. On the main level, the heart of the home unfolds with a professional-grade chef’s kitchen, generous dining space, and seamless access to an outdoor deck surrounded by evergreens.



The upper level offers a private king suite with a chef-inspired kitchen and living room, perfect for added privacy or multigenerational stays, while the lower level serves as the home's entertainment hub, complete with shuffleboard, arcade games, movie library, gaming console, and an additional full kitchen.

With ample parking, a one-car garage, and an expansive driveway, Ydalir Haus accommodates large gatherings with ease and grace. In summer the wildflowers bloom throughout the year and offer lovely colors and winter feels serene from the many cozy seating spaces with wildlife viewing. From sipping wine beneath alpine skies to playing fetch with your pup in the yard, this property invites you to connect with nature—and with each other.

Private Entrance with Smart Lock



Getting Around:

Just a short walk from the house, you will find the free shuttle pick up for Breckenridge/Skiing. Within 1 mile is the pickup and drop off points for the shuttle.



Other Things to Note:

Each home comes with an Amenity Kit that includes 2 rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, dish soap, and some dishwasher tabs. We can provide additional items for an additional fee.

The home offers parking for up to 5 vehicles, with a heated 1-car garage.

Portable Air Conditioner, Kayaks, & Hammock available for additional fee. Price Varies by Size & Type. Price will include 50% refundable deposit. Must request at least 72 hours prior to check-in for availability, availability not guaranteed.

No smoking allowed on premises - $750 Fee.

Roads can be icy—4x4 and winter tires are required during winter months.

Security cameras on-site over driveway and walkways.

Gas fireplaces shut off May 15-Sept 15 due to radiant heat.
