Nice condo

Very nice place to stay. We could've walked to main street but drove instead because of free parking areas. Checking in was easy. Information was sent to so we had minimal contact with host.

Great location and customer service

This home is so great! The location is perfect for those wanting to ski and shop. Customer service is responsive within minutes. We accidentally left items in a drawer and were notified the next day and already have them mailed back to us.

Great Place!

We had 8 adults staying here for a ski trip. The proximity to the ski run to get to Gondola 1 was great-just walk to the end of the street and ski down. The place itself was well equipped and very clean. Having 3 bathrooms was very helpful but the common area was a little tight for 8 people but worked out fine. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Girls Trip!

We visited Breckenridge for the first time to celebrate a birthday. The house is exactly as pictured, comfortable, and well stocked. The hot tub was perfect! EXCELLENT location. Super close to the gondola lift, grocery store, and other places to get supplies. The manager was very responsive and took good care of us. We'll stay again!

The airline debacle at Christmas time.

We got caught up in the airline cancellations and had to drive ,making us one day late for our reservation. I was aware of the policies but had hoped to receive a bit of a rebate. The ski rental shop, the transportation van from Denver, and the airlines all gave us some money for the unused day. Two of our group never got to Colorado because of the airlines. It was out of our control that we missed a day. Our experience was excellent when we arrived.

The Woods Were Wonderful!

The woods complex was a great stay. It's close to the shops, the 4 o'clock ski run, and the gondola. The place was the right amount of space for the seven of us. Some of the HOA rules were a lil over the top - no outside lights after 10pm and no smoking of any kind (even outside) - but otherwise it was really awesome! I would come back but leave the cigars at home next time.

Perfect house for a medium group looking to relax with easy access to the Main Street

We had a group of 9 with plenty of room to sleep and relax with everyone. The walk to restaurants and shops was easy and convenient. We visited in late summer so no skiing but hiking and nature walks were close by as well.

Never again

I was very dissatisfied with the property. We ski every year. This is the third visit to Breckenridge. For this property was by far the worst experience we've ever had. The main issue is the cleanliness of the property. There were dust webs hanging from the ceiling. Dust was visible everywhere. Furthermore underneath the beds it appears it had not been cleaned in years there was a layer of dust and dust balls that were thickened and adherent to the floor. It was disgusting. There were multiple other smaller issues that I won't go into detail over, Because this was the overwhelming issue.

Great location. Clean large house for groups

Great location. You can ski back home which is invaluable. Lots of room for 8 adults. Comfy living room and big kitchen. Only issues was one frying pan only and pillows could use a replacement. Would definitely stay here again
