The Space:
Start your perfect vacation getaway with this charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo that will comfortably fit up to 6 guests.

After a day of fun on the slopes, relax in the living room with a comfortable sectional sofa on the main floor of the condo. Cherish the warmth of the cozy indoor gas fireplace and cuddle up next to each other while watching your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV.

The mid-level floor of the condo features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances where the chef in your group can show off their exquisite cooking skills. The 3 breakfast bar stools in the kitchen are the best way to keep the cook in good company. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area while sharing adventure stories during your time away from home. On this floor, you will also have access to the washer/dryer combo and the half bathroom.

As you unwind for the night, head up the stairs where a night of peaceful rest awaits. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The private outdoor balcony with bench seating for two is accessed through the master bedroom, where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. Head towards the end of the hall for the second bedroom where the rest of the group can relax in the bunk bed with twin over full-size beds, and a separate queen-size bed. The en suite bathroom in this bedroom features a refreshing walk-in shower.

The condo is located within half a mile from the heart of downtown Breckenridge where you will have access to plenty of art, music, theater, museums, breweries, food, and shopping options. The Breck free ride bus will take you to the gondola, lifts, and other fun stops along the way. This condo is the perfect gateway to your Main Street and mountain adventures.

Getting Around:
Downtown Breck is within walking distance from the unit. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandeis charming condo; the Snowflake lift is within a 3-minute walkring around historic Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please be aware that there are 3 flights of stairs in the property. One flight to enter, one to reach the kitchen, and one to reach the bedrooms.

Additional parking is available to the left of the condo at the end of the parking lot with a permit. Please note that the garage will fit cars and small SUVs only.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Please note, the indoor/outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and indoor hot tub operate seasonally on 4 O'Clock Road. They open with the ski area on the 2nd Friday in November and close in September.

Clean, well stocked property with nice location

We were familiar with this complex from prior trips to Breckenridge. The unit is modern and was very clean. The cleaners were there right up until the check in time of 4:00. We drove around waiting for them to finish. While it is close to the lift it is not ski in/ski out. It is a short, uphill walk to the snowflake life (100 yards /-) and the same walk downhill home. We liked the close to town location- we never had to use our car during our stay.

A quick hike to the snowflake lift - uphill though! Great condo with plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub is a long walk In the cold. Good kitchen- just needs new fry pans.

The location could not be better! Place recently renovated and some new mod cons in the living space. My only complaints (rather comments for making the stay more comfortable) would be the bed cover and curtains in the main bedroom - the quilt needs a cover, or a quilt without a dye Mark across it. The curtains in the main bedroom are way too short for the window, and no full length mirror. The bedroom could look more finished. We also couldn’t get the air con to work, so it was a bit stuffy in the morning. It’s overall a nice place and the property owner contacted me on advance of arrival to explain a situation that occurred before our visit so we arrived prepared for it. Nice touch!

Great vacation!

We had a great time in Breckenridge! This townhome was centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere. It was clean and comfortable and fit our family of five perfectly. One thing to consider is that the garage is very small and barely fit our suburban. We traveled from Texas and had a bike rack on our car and we had to remove that for the garage to close. Also the unit was very sparsely stocked in the kitchen so be prepared to bring or buy everything that you will need to cook. There were wine glasses but no wine bottle opener so we had to purchase one. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely return!
