Walk to Gondola/Main Street. Remodeled King One Bedroom
Freshly remodeled in a hip modern mountain style. One block off Main Street and two blocks to the gondola! Our home has a large great room with pull-out sofa, chairs, a four-person dining table. The open kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal including dishwasher and microwave. We provide drip coffee and all the essentials. The bathroom has a cool rock sink and walk-in shower. The bedroom has a comfy king bed and closet.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Fantastic place with great location and views
I'm not going to lie, I was a little hesitant to rent due to this property having only one review at the time of booking however I am very glad I decided to rent from Jerrod!
The walk is less than 5 minutes from Breck station which is perfect if you're taking the shuttle from DIA or making use of the free Summit Express busses. The gondola is right behind Breck station, super convenient as well. Everything is pretty much within walking distance and if not, just grab one of the free busses.
Great views from the front door and the inside is nice and modern. Jerrod was an excellent host and quick to respond. You'll love your stay, I know I did!

Great location, comfy one bedroom
This is a nice one bedroom with a great kitchen, living room and bathroom. The bed is comfy. Parking is easy. The location is so close to Main Street and the gondola. The only downside is the proximity and neighbors living, noise, walking, etc. This is mentioned in the description and isn’t overwhelming. Don’t hesitate to rent it.
