- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski-in, ski-out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.

It’s more like dealing with a hotel. Every time I reached out, it was someone different. I’ve always had the peace of mind once I have paid in full of having the address, etc. that was not the case. The description said it had a grill, we were there for Thanksgiving and the grill was quite a distance in 20 degree weather, not to mention that it didn’t work. The beds were the HARDEST we have ever slept on in both rooms. Some things needed attention but I let them know. With all that being said, we go to Breckenridge yearly and have always had the best experience. It was a more modern, newer condo so that was good and the location with garage and elevator were nice.

Beautiful place - right where we wanted to be

We loved our stay in this spacious condo. It has been recently redone with new everything and it is very comfortable. We used the kitchen and appreciated all of the supplies there (plenty of pots/pans), and also brewed excellent coffee. I wish we had requested the physical key cards for the door and the garage since the app conked out on us a couple of times, but the management responded very quickly both times and there was no real problem. We would love to return for another stay in this property. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Our three days/nights at Breckenridge were relaxing and enjoyable. Coming back to Breckenridge (last visit was 2011) was like coming home. Interesting to see all the new development - but happy to see the feel of the town had not changed substantially. The quality of our accomodations at the 'Chateau' were second to none. Make come back for a week of skiing next spring

The unit was absolutely AMAZING! 10/10 rating! The photos were extremely accurate. There is a washer/dryer combo unit inside the unit. This was an excellent surprise. The location is fantastic. For skiing you can easily walk to the slope and ski lift, during the summer you a 2 min walk to main street and a 1 minute walk to the bike path. We are already planning our next stay and are planning to stay in the same unit. I cant say enough about how fantastic this unit is!!!

Perfect All Around!

We absolutely loved this condo. First floor, easily accessible to the Village, Peak 9, Breckenridge, and town. Condo was extremely clean, well stocked and easily fit our group of five adults. Loved that it had a space to fit our skis, helmets and all the extras that come with skiing. Parking and having a washer/dryer was a huge plus as well. We were new to skiing so having a good number of green slopes and ski school right there was fantastic! Would 100% stay here again.

Spring Break

Perfect property for our family ski trip. Plenty of space in condo for family of 6. Nicely renovated and stocked with everything you would need. Located on first floor makes it easy to access. Can even access from back porch, which made lunch in condo easy. Just a 2-3 minute walk to Quicksilver lift or to Main Street for dinner or coffee after a day of skiing. Love everything about this property and will definitely be back!

Property was exactly as described! It was beautiful, comfortable and clean and location was perfect for skiing! Literally right outside the back door! My only complaint was the parking. We were supposed to have a reserved spot and this spot was only available for 2 of the 4 nights. However when we arrived at 1:30 am, the spot was partially taken by a huge truck. The spot was minuscule as well. We had to park about a 10 minute walk away which was beyond annoying in 19degree temperatures in the middle of the night. We were though refunded for parking. The other small issue we had was locating the unit since we were not familiar with the property. The directions to it were not accurate and could have been clearer. Other than that, the stay was lovely!

Great Place!

The condo was very clean, recently remodeled, and looked brand new. I had a couple of issues with the reservation, and Summit corrected those issues immediately. They always answered the phone when I called any time of the day and night. I will definitely stay here again when I return!

Great stay…except for parking

New, modern, clean, and great location near lift and town of Breck.Only downside is that parking is not guaranteed at time of booking. Had to move vehicle out of parking garage part way through trip due to lack of capacity. This made dealing with bags at departure challenging and a long way from temporary parking location.
