Perfectly located, Columbine is a short walk to the Quicksilver Lift at Peak 9, hiking trails, the Blue River, Maggie Pond and Main Street shops and restaurants. Everything you need for a perfect vacation is right out your front door. This 2nd floor end unit w/no shared walls, boasts a serene outlook towards a private mini-forest from inside or on the deck. Refreshed with new flooring, furnishings, heated boot dryer and in-unit washer-dryer.
THE SPACE
The bedrooms provide a quiet haven to rest for you next adventure. The master bedroom has a pillow top king size bed, a fold-out twin bed, a 2 sink en-suite bathroom and generous closet space. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed – twin over full, and a full size hall bathroom with. Both bathrooms are now shower-only but there is a portable child bath if needed. Both bedrooms have TV’s with Roku and are well separated from the living area to allow the early-to-bed crowd to peacefully coexist with the night owls. The new queen sofa pull-out in the living room is really easy to use and actually pretty decent.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need. The living and dining areas are comfortable gathering spaces with fast internet connection in all rooms along with a cozy living room fireplace and app-compatible TV.
At the end of Snowberry Lane you will find the Columbine Pool and Clubhouse complex which offers four over-sized outdoor hot tubs, a heated outdoor pool, changing facilities, lockers and showers.
Parking included is 1 assigned space in the heated underground gated garage and 1 surface parking pass.

Forced Family Fun!
We have stayed in several units within the Columbine community but this one was the best! We appreciated the garage parking spot, the washer and dryer, the boot/helmet/glove warmer, use of the large pantry, use of both bedroom closets, the updated bathrooms, the very well stocked kitchen, the mirror over the kitchen sink..all wonderful perks! We hope to return soon!

Perfect getaway
Condo is perfectly located to Quicksilver and downtown. Very clean and updated unit with comfy beds, plenty of sleeping space and smart use of space with in unit washer/dryer! Condo was fully stocked and just made our visit easy and enjoyable. Check-in and out process was easy and the management team was very accommodating with an early check in! We will definitely stay again. And for those of you that inevitably need to use the pull out sofa in the living room, it is hands down THE most comfortable sleeper sofa we have ever used!

Fantastic location, easy walk to lift and town. Well-equipped and comfortable condo. Great hot tub complex. Allows 2 cars, one in heated garage. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

This condo has it all-
so close to lifts and restaurants/bars(we walked nearly everywhere), outfitted ( bit small but I fed 6 of us very easily)kitchen, comfortable beds, great hot tubs and pool, free parking, easy communication with owner. Thanks for a great stay John!

Great property. Highly recommend for location and features!
John, our host, was super easy to work with and he provided multiple recommendations for restaurants, access to ski rentals, and shopping. The description of the property's location does not do it justice. It is close to everything.
Our morning walk to the our ski storage, rentals and the ski lift was less than 5 minutes. Also, the walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street was less than 8 minutes. We had no need to be in our car while we were here. The condo easily handled four adults and came equipped with everything we needed including games, extra pillows and blankets, kitchen equipment and utensils, and sleds! The fire place was another nice feature. We hope to stay at this property again on future visits to Breck!

Great location any time of year. Walk to town and hike up the mountain. Place is clean and comfortable. We had a great time and will be back!
