Summer Mountain Escape

Our condo is located at the Peak 7 base area of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Perfectly suited for a family, it has direct access to wooded trails for hiking or biking. The Resort complex has a wonderful indoor/outdoor pool with slides and water features the kids love. There are outdoor adult-only hot tubs as well as family hot tubs. the large living space gives plenty of room for down-time, while the kitchen offers all of the amenities that are needed for "cook-at-home" meals. The master suite offers an evening get-away for parents. The Breckenridge gondola is just a few footsteps away for trips to town or to the Peak 8 area. Peak 7 grill is in the condo building for breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The condo is the last development on Ski Hill road, so there is minimal traffic and noise. A true escape!
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.
