Condominio funciona muy bien para familias con 2 niños más pequeños. Loft tiene un techo bastante bajo.

Nuevos pisos de Hickory, ventana de la cocina, persianas y chimenea en otoño de 2014 hizo que nuestro condominio mucho más brillante y más acogedor.

Estudio Condominio con dormitorio tipo loft se encuentra en cuatro Camino. El remonte Snow Flake está a 200 pasos de la puerta principal, y una salida de la pista de esquí 4 O'Clock está a 50 pies de la puerta principal. Condominio cuenta con una caja de esquí con llave y su propio garaje con calefacción.

Se trata de un condominio de estudio, la planta principal es de 370 pies cuadrados y el dormitorio loft es de 140 pies cuadrados.

Queen Murphy cama en la planta principal y un dormitorio altillo con dos camas individuales. Cocina completa con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Main Street Breckenridge con una variedad de restaurantes es de 2. 5 cuadras de distancia. Baño estándar con ducha / bañera combinado. Lavadero común abajo con la arandela de tres salarios y secadoras.

Piscina comunitaria climatizada con 3 jacuzzis a cinco minutos a pie del condominio. Vestuarios completos con armarios en zona de la piscina. Horario de invierno / verano abierto hasta las 9 PM. El acceso a la piscina está cerrado desde finales de septiembre hasta el fin de semana de esquí y desde el fin de semana de esquí hasta el Día de los Caídos.

Notas sobre Snowflake Lift y 4 O'Clock Run:
El elevador de copos de nieve generalmente está abierto antes del fin de semana de Acción de Gracias. Las cantidades de nevadas al comienzo de la temporada dictan cuándo se abre el condominio a las 4 en punto más bajas. En general, el esquí hasta el remonte de copos de nieve está abierto a principios de diciembre y hasta el condominio a mediados de diciembre.

Breckenridge Stay

I was very pleased with my stay here. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and very close to Snowflake lift. The host was particularly helpful and responsive, and let us stay parked there for a few hours after we checked out so we can get a few more runs in before heading back to Denver to catch our flight. I would stay here again.

Fun loft space for kids

Unit was as described. Tight space but very efficient layout! Laundry was convenient. Kitchen was well stocked with serveware for a family, and the half-size dishwasher was perfect for daily use. We donated some dishwasher detergent. Uphill trek to Snowflake lift is a minor drawback, not really an issue if you don’t have young children, and in any case it is less than a block!

Cute condo and great location

We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo. It is small, but the listing is accurate and there was enough room for our family of three. The upstairs loft ceiling is low so make sure you are able to crouch down a little to get in and out of the beds. It was well stocked with the essentials, and there is a community laundry room about 50 feet from the unit that requires an app to pay and use the machines. The location is the best part. About a block slightly uphill to the snowflake lift, and the 4 o'clock run literally takes you all the way back until you are across the street from the the condo. Close walk to main street. If you don't mind a small unit and low upstairs ceilings I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Nice clean condo Great location for ski season

This was a clean and well maintained older condo. You could tell it was owned by individuals, rather than a management company. There were plenty of homey touches (spices, salt&pepper, plastic bags, etc) that I used to take for granted when renting a ski condo, but seems to have disappeared in the last few years.Owners were responsive and clear in their communications. I will definitely look to rent this condo on my next trip to Breck.

First trip to Colorado

This place was perfect for our family ski trip! It was cute, clean and extremely close to snowflake ski lift and the downtown, making everything super convenient. The laundry access was a great bonus after long days on the slopes. Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Location

Location of this condo unit is fantastic. You don’t need a car to ski or go into town. You can check your skis at the snowflake ski lift and you don’t have to carry them back-and-forth to the hill.

Limited space, outdated, great location

Here's a draft for your Vrbo review based on your experience:---**Rating: **I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. While the location is excellent, with easy access to the ski lift and nearby rentals at the bottom of the Snowflake lift, there were several issues that marred my stay.The space felt small and cramped, which was a bit uncomfortable for our group. We also encountered cleanliness issues that were disappointing. Many of the coffee mugs and dishes were chipped, which unfortunately led to a cut finger during our stay—definitely something that needs to be addressed for safety.Additionally, the loft had very low ceilings, making it feel even more confined. There were also challenges with accessing the pool and spa; the owner informed us that we would need to go into town to pick up the access card, which was inconvenient.On a positive note, Breckenridge skiing is absolutely amazing, and the proximity to the lifts was a highlight. However, due to the cleanliness and management issues, I cannot fully recommend this property.

Perfect Retreat

Breckenridge is an amazing place with a plethora of activities to do. Our stay was perfect. The location of this studio condo was perfect! Quick downhill access to the Main Street (be ready for the uphill on the way back). Everything was clean and the kitchen had all you needed as well. We did not use any of the pool or hot tub amenities but it’s a short walk to use it. Quick trip for us with a focus on hiking a 14er (Mt. of the Holy Cross). Highly recommend this location!

Great Location

We had a little issue when we arrived because the condo was not cleaned from the last tenant however the property owner was super responsive and found someone to come clean the place right away. She was so easy to work with and really made everything right. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and is walking distance to downtown. I highly recommend this condo.

A month at 4 O'clock

My wife and I stayed for a month in 4 O'clock. We slept in the upper loft area, which is only really high enough to accommodate a Hobbit, but we found it fun and cozy. The kitchen is very well appointed and we really appreciated the spices and sauces and other food supplies that were left behind. The unit is very well appointed in all respects. Furniture is comfortable and so were the beds in the loft (didn't use the Murhpy bed). Great high speed internet (something that others around town were complaining about) and smart TV provided as well. Wonderful location and it is truly only about 200 odd steps to the Snowflake lift (a bit more going uphill, and fewer coming back at the end of the day (downhill). Card for the local hot tub/pool was used frequently and is a very short walk. Heated garage was really nice especially when you head out early in the morning. Very easy driving to Copper, Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin from this location. Steps into town to stroll the main drag. Laundry room on site was well appointed and the app based machines were easy to use and kept clean. Also very quiet - this is an end unit so only one neighbour - we never heard a peep. For a long term stay it was a little hard to find drawers etc to put away our things, but these are first world problems at most. All in all a great place to stay!

Comfortable condo and great location

My kids and I loved the property especially how close it was to the snowflake lift. It had all the essentials you would need and was really comfortable for our annual ski trip. We would definitely stay again.

Great location cozy space

I took my adult son for some R&R- visiting the area for the first time. We walked to everything.. which was nice. The rental has some steep steps! Great lil kitchen, needed pillows. I finally found some for the Murphy bed. Pool definitely is hard to find. The comfort level of the bed is average. Overall a great experience! I would return for sure.
