Spacious Home on Breckenridge Golf Course

Enjoy this 4 bed, 4 bath home on the Breckenridge Golf Course. Home is conveniently located off Tiger Road with easy bus or rec path access to Breckenridge. Hike or bike right out of the house. Located on the north side of Breckenridge which is convenient for accessing lake Dillon and all that Summit County has to offer.

House has room to spread out with two family rooms and lots of outdoor space. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and king beds. Fourth bathroom is good for kids with a queen and a lofted queen (loft not good for small children). Separate office is great for those who have to work or for additional sleeping on the pull out sofa. Dine outside in the covered porch with a grill. Enjoy the warm evenings and golf course views in the backyard. Relax in hot tub after a day of activity.

Available for rentals of 30 nights or more which saves on lodging taxes.
