The Space:
Spend days shopping, dining and foraging through Downtown Breckenridge or choose to stay indoors and savor the host of facilities. For the skiers and snowboarders, this home is just over three miles from the slopes!

Highland Greens are highly sought-after properties that offer a free, private shuttle in the ski season that is exclusive to guests of the complex. Get to and from the slopes quickly and with ease as the shuttle picks up every hour at the end of the driveway and proceeds on this continuous loop. The 4 stops are the Gondola which serves Peaks 7 and 8, the Snowflake Lift, the Base of Peak 9, and Town.

The townhome's living room welcomes you with high ceilings, a flat screen TV, and cozy gas fireplace. From here, you can access the back deck, furnished with a BBQ, hot tub and an al-fresco dining table, perfect to bask in the warm sun.

The kitchen is well equipped with a slow cooker, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more. Cook up delicious homemade meals for you and your family and gather around the dining table for 7. Additional seating can be found by the breakfast bar for 4.

On the 2nd floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms.

- Bedroom 1 is the master, with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The large en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a standing shower.
- Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed.
- Bedroom 3 has 2 twin XL beds. There is a shared full bathroom on the 2nd floor.
- Bedroom 4 is on the 1st floor and has a twin over full bunk bed, great for the kids! The 3rd full bathroom is next to this room.

THINGS TO NOTE:

There are 2 garage and 2 driveway parking spots.
A washer/dryer is available.
The ski shuttle is seasonal and dates of operation may not match the resort's calendar.

Head to Breckenridge Golf Club, teeming with swaying mountain views, restaurants, shops and a clubhouse.

In the warmer months, explore a flurry of hiking trails and biking paths, visit local breweries and enjoy al-fresco dining. Indulge in a host of adventure activities like whitewater rafting, ziplining, paddle boarding and kayaking. Then when it cools and the snow starts to fall, the options are endless - skiing, snowboarding, ice-skating, snowmobiling, and more are all within reach.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Getting Around:
2025 Highland Greens Shuttle Schedule (begins November 22, 2025 for winter season only)

• Typically runs from 8am - 5pm with runs starting on the hour. The shuttle will pick up at the end of the driveway.
• The shuttle service will typically end for the season in mid-April.
