Spacious ski-in/ski-out residence with 2.5 baths, a King Bed BR, a Queen Bed BR, two Queen Sleeper sofas, in-unit washer & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a 2nd galley kitchen, free WiFi, flat screen TV's in living room and BRs, fireplace, and private balcony. Pets OK.

The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 property is THE prime location at the base of Peak 8. Walk right out to multiple lifts and also enjoy direct access to the gondola that takes you to other Peaks and downtown Breckenridge. With a restaurant and bar on site, coffee shop, ice skating rink, game room, private theater, exercise facilities, free underground heated parking, full service spa, multiple indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs including 2 slopeside, steam room and sauna, and free shuttle service to and from town. It's the perfect location for a ski/spa vacation in Breckenridge.

Great property and helpful host

The property is perfect for ski in/out and great amenities! Hot tubs and pools were a hit and I don't think there is any better hot tub than the ones overlooking the slopes! Ski lockers being just off the lifts is a huge plus. Tony was great as a host and appreciated his responsiveness to my inquiries.
