PARKING:
Guests have the ability to park 1 car in the underground garage (height restriction 7'6"). A parking reservation must be made by the host so parking cannot be guaranteed until the time of booking. Cancellation without penalty will be offered if a parking space cannot be reserved.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities, a hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper, towels and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

• There is no air conditioning (most places up here do not have it!). • There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months. • This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. We had a great time. The unit is compact, but very nicely updated. The location is our favorite- walkable to everything and so close to quicksilver lift for easy ski access.
