Location: • One block from Main Street and plentiful shopping and restaurants • About 2 blocks to the Quicksilver Lift/ Base of Peak 9* • 1/2 block from the bottom of 4 O'Clock Run. At the end of the day take 4 O'Clock Run all the way down to the bottom and walk 1 block back to the building (snow dependent). • Bus stop located across and just down the street. Bus routes continue to the Breck Connect gondola and the Breckenridge Transfer Station with other bus options to continue to Keystone, Frisco or Copper Mountain. *Please note that Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season.
Upper Village Pool Clubhouse: • Heated outdoor pool • 1 Indoor hot tub • 2 Outdoor hot tubs • Open noon-8pm • This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2026 CLOSURE dates: - Maintenance: Approximately mid April (likely April 12th) to the Friday before Memorial Day - Fall Maintenance: Approximately September 28th (Monday after Oktoberfest) to mid or late November. *This clubhouse is not on-site and is located approximately 1 block away at 450 Village Rd. There is a path behind the complex that goes directly to the clubhouse. Parking on-site at the clubhouse is limited.
Provided Items: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided. • Hot tub towels are provided.

Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. » This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. More information can be found on the CDC site regarding visiting high altitudes. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. » Guests have the ability to park up to one car in the outdoor parking area. » Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

Awesome stay at Breck!
Recently completed a five night stay at this property in Breck. Location was perfect… right off Park Avenue, very close to shuttle stops, 1 minute drive or 4-5 min walk to Main Street. You also have the option to ski home, just need to take the 4 O’Clock Run all the way down to the end and simply cross 4 O’Clock Rd. As for the property, it was absolutely as described. Super clean. Beds were comfortable. The in-unit washer and dryer were super helpful. Kitchen well stocked with various wares (pans, mugs, plates, utensils, etc.). The unit is a first floor unit. Obviously very convenient for coming and going (minimal stairs!). Might catch some noise from the neighbor upstairs though.We had some questions here and there, and all of our questions/concerns were answered immediately. Communication was prompt!Thank you for a wonderful stay at Breck!!
