Downtown Breck Main Street is a quick 5-10 minute walk downhill or you can hop on the free bus across the street. Ticket window and ski shop are located across the street. In the summer, hike or bike on the 4 o'clock Run or Sawmill Reservoir trails adjacent to the property. Seasonal access to Upper Village pool and hot tubs. Cozy unit with updated finishes, gas fireplace and in-unit washer/dryer.

Ski in/Ski out: - Located on 4 O'Clock ski run and catty corner to the Snowflake Lift (please check the Breckenridge website as both the lift and/or the ski run may be closed early and/or late season or due to snowpack)
Summer Access - The 4 o'clock ski run serves as a hiking trail so the National Forest is out your front door for hiking and biking! The Sawmill Reservoir trailhead is also directly across the street.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own crib sheets.

Great place, convenient location!
1st time in Breck so it was tough trying to figure out where to stay since we had never been there before. Unit was clean and convenient. Open concept main level. Spacious enough for our family of four. Bedrooms were ample too. Overall, a nice place to stay. Weather was crazy, snowed nearly 2 ft while we were there. Association took good care of the parking lot. Were we able to walk to Snowflake lift in under 1 minute and ski back to the unit via 4 O'clock run. Wife walked to town each day for coffee or lunch (about a 5 minute walk down, a bit longer back bc its uphill). Breck-in-town is fantastic! Will book again when we come back to Breck in years to come!

Weekend in Breck
Visited lax tourney and to enjoy Breck. Convenient location and very nice accommodations. Communication with Jesse made visit easy and comfortable. Daughter-in-law all ready talking about next stay.
