ENTRANCE –
When you arrive at 429 N. Park Avenue, you'll have access to one parking space. Look for the lot-facing side of the building (north side) for the keypad door to gain access to the interior of the building. The access code will be in your check-in instructions, which you'll have in your email two days before you arrive. Once inside, go up the stairs and through the hallway, and to the right you'll see your door labeled #5. Let yourself in to your entry hallway.

BATHROOM
By the entrance to your right, you'll find your bathroom which includes a washer/dryer, a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA
To your right, you'll see the kitchen, which includes seating for four, and is outfitted with high-end appliances, plate ware, and everything you'll need to make a gourmet, home-cooked meal. You'll find an oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, and a regular drip coffee maker.

LIVING AREA
Continue on to the living area, where you'll find modern décor and furnishings, including a comfortable couch which folds out into a queen bed. There will be a flatscreen TV which will offer cable and connectivity to streaming apps.

BEDROOM
Past the double barn doors, proceed to your bedroom. This cozy room will include a queen-size bed and flatscreen TV. You will also have access to your private patio space, where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the refreshing mountain air, along with awesome views.

STORAGE CLOSET
This condo also its own private storage closet, labeled #5 and located adjacent to your front door. This is ideal for storing your gear, in summer or winter!

There are absolutely NO cameras in the interior living spaces of the home for your privacy. *Please note, there is no elevator to access this unit and it is on the 2nd floor*
The condo is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Loved it!

Nice new property on the edge of town. Easy shuttle bus access to gondola. Easy to walk to grocery or if you are up for it a short walk to mainstreet. Place was clean and comfortable. Furnished with West Elm branded items. Kitchen had all the items needed to cook light meals.

Giving location 4 stars because it is really close to shopping, lifts, Breck Create, but the ability to get into the parking lot is a bit tricky to figure out and where exactly to park if you are unfamiliar with paid parking at Breckinridge. Possibly a map with best route and parking location would be helpful. No fault of the property itself. In the cold weather it is a bit of a hike to the nearest coffee shop so it would be nice if there was coffee in the rental. Overall it was clean, modern, and comfortable. We didn’t use them as we were there one night but there was a W/D. If we ever go back to Breckinridge, we would definitely stay again.
