The house is wonderful! The host company (Summit Luxury Estates) was very responsive. The problem is that the house needs a new heating system! The entire house is on a radiant heated floor that is tied into the water system. Out of a six-night stay, we had three nights where the system shut off and the next morning we didn't have heat or hot water! The host company was responsive to our calls and the repairman showed us how to "reset" the system, which worked some of the time. But what a hassle! In addition, the dishwasher was not working correctly (the filters were clogged) and someone had to come one evening to fix that. Until they can get everything working no one should e staying there!
