Everything we needed

We had a great stay. The condo is so close to restaurants and everything in town.The owners were quick to respond to any questions and helped us get settled easily. We never did the "close" chair lift for skiing, but Peak 9 was a 3 block walk - we made it work - even in ski boots. Hot tub is a busy place, but 20 feet away, so we always managed to find a quieter time to jump in.

Great location for our summer visit!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at the condo! The owners provided a helpful guide about the condo and were so helpful and called right away when we were having trouble locating the parking garage entrance. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and couldn't beat the location for proximity to Main Street! This is out of the owner's control, but the community pool didn't look clean and needed some attention. We were also a bit disappointed we couldn't open the window in the master bedroom (note that it was broken and not to open) at night since we were there during the summer, but having all of the fans in the bedrooms was nice! Would definitely recommend this condo for families!

The condo was conveniently located and the check in process was easy. We cooked most of our meals in and were pleasantly surprised by food prep tools not usually available in rentals. Also, nice dishes and glassware. Only suggestion we had was to check the oven broiler. Seemed to work intermittently. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here for four days with our two kids. Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable! We really appreciated the little details that have gone into making the condo cozy. The walk to the Village and Quicksilver lift is only about 5 minutes. The kitchen is also very well stocked for a vacation rental. We would definitely stay here again when in Breck!
