Conveniently located in an easy walking distance downtown, on the bus route, next to a lift and close to the pool. Nestled right on the Four O’Clock Ski Run. Surrounded by mature aspen and pine trees. Wooden bridge over the babbling Sawmill creek leads you to the front door. Living room patio borders the ski run. Access to Upper Village Pool and hot tubs. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is an amazing place to stay when on budget in Breckenridge. Your stay comes with free parking and no resort fees. Ground floor unit, it takes 3 stairs to get on the bridge and one stair to the condo. You can walk down the hill to all the quaint little shops, charming cafes and local restaurants on Main Street, and take the bus up the hill if you prefer. It’s an easy walk back though. In the winter, just look right from the parking lot and you will see Snowflake lift. After the lifts close, ski back to the condo via Lower Four O’Clock Run, the longest run in Breckenridge. Or ski down for a quick bite for lunch or hot cocoa break in the middle of your day. After the skiers leave, watch the kids sled outside in the cold while sitting by the fireplace with an apres ski drink in your hand. In the summer, there is an easy hiking trail to Sawmill reservoir under the Snowflake lift. It follows a creek under a cool tree canopy to a beautiful small reservoir. Or you can hike straight from your patio. Explore nearby trails, hit the slopes, visit historic Main Street or simply relax in ultimate comfort. Cozy up on the patio with a cup of tea in the morning and wine at night for cozy evening under the stars. Then fall asleep listening to the creek. The condo opens to a spacious living room/kitchen area with large windows and balcony door facing the ski run. Full kitchen is equipped with all essentials for preparing your meals or snacks. There is seating for 4 at the dining table. Perfect for chilly evenings, the gas-burning fireplace creates a cozy focal point in the living area. Comfortable seating includes a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress to lounge on while watching a movie or your favorite show (live DISH TV channels). There is a desk and comfy chair if you need some work done. From the living room, you can walk out on your private patio with 4 chairs and a small table. There is a grill on the deck. If you are lucky, you could see a moose. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with new medium firm mattress and plush down bedding, large closet and a dresser. The couch bedding is down as well. Just across the hallway is a tiled bathroom with shower with toiletries.

Living room - Nice living room with gas fireplace, comfy sitting area and wall mounted TV with live channels. You can walk out to a patio facing the Four O'Clock Ski Run.
Kitchen - Kitchen with all essential and granite countertops. Enjoy your delicious meals at the dining table for 4 or right at the kitchen bar.
Bedroom - The bedroom features a king size bed (July 2024 new medium firm mattress). There is a wall-mounted TV (you can log-in to your favorite entertainment provider).
Washer and dryer - There is a small washer and dryer in the condo. Coin operated ones are also available in building C.
Parking - Free parking for one car on first come first serve basis.
Internet - Free wifi throughout the Condo.
Pool and Hot Tubs - You will have access to the off-property Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs. Hours are usually noon to 8pm. It's located about three blocks from the condo. The clubhouse is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and then during the regular ski season (closing sometimes at the beginning of April).
Ski-In Ski-Out. A 1 min walk to the Snowflake lift - less if you’re excited. It will take you to Peak 8. At the end of the day, you can ski all the way back to the condo via the Four O'Clock Ski Run (snow permitting). Alternatively, there is a bus less than one block away that would take you to the Gondola. The bus is free and takes only about 3 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and as described , Daniel was very easy to work with, and we loved the convenience of skiing in and out. The hot tub felt amazing after skiing and we also loved sledding on 4 o’clock trail! Highly recommend renting equipment from blue sky rentals. We would definitely stay here again!
This property is in an excellent location both close to town and a ski back right to your door. It also had everything you need, plus all the little extras that make it easy to be there...kleenex, salt and pepper, etc. It even had a coffee bar setup, which was a nice touch. The communication with the owner was great and very responsive. We'd definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to Breck.
It was very easy to find, 1/2 blk to Snowflake Lift and bus stop The 4 O clock trail is out the back door Accommodations basic kitchen stock. Pictures on the internet make the condo look newer than in person. Realty is the condo is dated. Although it had an odd smell the management made efforts to help take care of it. Shower drain cover was in need of repair. On a positive note the shower water pressure was tremendous and easy to use. Pool was a bit further away than described… but once there was very accommodating. King bed was very comfortable with plenty of closet & dresser space. Location was highly desired ..LOVED the stream outside the front door. Back patio was small but comfortable for 2 people. Management was easy to get a hold of & easy to work with and addressed our concerns. Price was fair.
