This studio condo is located approximately 200 yards from the Quicksilver super chair at the base of peak nine. Also the south side of Main Street and a Breckenridge bus stop are both a short walk away.

Set your own unique pin to access the condo smart lock, no keys to worry about or risk of locking yourself out accidentally! Just drive right up and unlock the door with your code set from my smartphone.

This 600 square-foot studio property has one Queen bed and one bathroom and is ideal for Two people. There is also a queen sofa bed for kids or smaller adults that can sleep comfortably on a sofa bed, bringing the maximum occupancy up to 4 persons.

The unit has a new queen size Tempurpedic hybrid memory foam and spring mattress with a three inch Tempurpedic mattress topper. If you like a memory foam mattress you will love this bed! The sofa bed also has a newer memory foam mattress.

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, range, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, cookware and utensils. A grocery store is 1.5 miles away.

The unit also has a 65 inch OLED LG smart tv, an outdoor deck with filtered views of Peak 8 and the pool/hot tub facility. Closet and dresser storage, a gas fireplace to keep guests cozy, and wall racks for skis and snowboards.

Renting a unit at Inner Circle comes with one FREE unassigned parking spot. Guests enjoy access to the columbine pool and hot tub facility located behind the building, coin operated laundry machines, and also a bike rack. The building also has hi speed WiFi and HD Xfinity cable.

The gorgeous five peaks of Breckenridge ski resort and the multitude of dining, shopping and nightlife offerings on Main Street are just a short walk away from this cozy condo! My goal is for my guests to love my condo so much they want to come back every year! Please let me know what I can do to make your stay better!

Renters must be at least 25 years old. No parties, no smoking, no pets! Bringing more than 4 guests is not allowed.

Please note the entrance to this unit is down 6 stairs. Please note there is no AC in this building because the climate does not require it. However the unit has 3 fans for the summer. Pool and hot tub hours vary by season and are closed during mud season. Check in and check out times are flexible, if there is no guest the day before or after your arrival or departure and as long as the cleaning team can accommodate your request.

Great summer Weekend with the Wife

Property is a great location to just walk to downtown and enjoy the ample shops! Great list of restaurants from the owner to try out. Parking was easy and always a space to park. never used the pool or hot tub as it seemed to be plenty busy and then closed at 8pm so they could cover it and that just didnt fall within our schedule for the weekend. house description was accurate and anything you needed was present . Great price to make it affordable for us to see new things.

Great Brek stay!

This place is very cute and well situated. It had everything I needed. Town is in walking distance, especially if you follow the path that cuts through all the other condos. It’s paved and marked and starts over by the pool. Definitely a shortcut. This would also be the way to the lift in winter. Explore and have fun! Breckenridge is a fun town worth exploring!

Very walkable

This is a great condo, although a studio it is spacious. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals....good selection of pots, pans, utensils, and dishes! It is cutely decorated. It is close to the pool & hot tubs. We enjoyed our daily walks to town pass a large pond with a spectacular view of the ski area. The owner is very responsive & really wants to make your stay enjoyable.
