Grand Timber Resort
I have a two bedroom time share at Grand Timber Lodge, 75 Snowflake Drive, Breckenridge, CO for rent the week of October 16th through October 23rd. Check-in is on the 16th at 430pm and checkout is the 23rd by 1000am. The days could be shortened but not extended. You can look at their website for pictures and details.
It’s 1,200 square feet with two full baths. It sleeps 8 people. One king bed in bedroom one, one queen bed in bedroom two, and two pull out sofa beds in the main area. There are two different pools that are indoor/outdoor, movie theater, restaurant and bar on the property, room service, family fun center/arcade, spa, playground, hot tubs, fitness center, Grand Room with a pool table and TV’s, and covered parking. They have a shuttle that can take you to different locations in town.
The price for the week is $1,500 total, no taxes or cleaning fees. A nightly rate of $250 plus a cleaning fee is another option with a three night stay being the minimum.
