There's plenty of room inside the garage for equipment as well. LAUNDRY: Just inside the home from the garage, you'll find the laundry room with eco-friendly machines. ---2nd Floor – Main Level Contains--- KITCHEN / DINING: Just up the steps from the ground level and you'll see the home opens up to showcase the beautiful wooden interior. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, a gas stovetop, and a four-person breakfast bar. The dining room has a large wooden 8-person dining table right off the kitchen for a homemade meal to share. From the dining room, you will find a double glass door with access to the hot tub deck for a place to enjoy the mountain ambiance, day or night. LIVING ROOM: The living room features plenty of seating around a coffee table nestled up next to the built-in gas fireplace that lights up the center of the home. Enjoy the flatscreen TV featuring cable. Here you will have access to another deck that features a 4-person seating area. 1st BEDROOM/1ST BATHROOM: Around the corner is the first bedroom that features a king-size bed with a tv, closet space, and a dresser. The first bedroom also has access to the hot tub deck and the outdoor propane grill space. Just outside the room, you'll find the shared bathroom that includes dual sinks and a refreshing walk-in shower. ---3rd Floor Top Level Contains--- 2nd BEDROOM / 2ND BATHROOM: Just upstairs you'll find the Master bedroom with large windows and a reading nook to go along with a king-size bed, dresser, tv, gas fireplace, and closet. The ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaker tub that you'll want to take full advantage of. 3rd BEDROOM: The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom and also has access to a small deck. 3rd BATHROOM: The 3rd bathroom is the last bathroom in the house and includes a shower tub combo with dual sinks to be shared by the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. 4th BEDROOM: The 4th bedroom has four twin beds that are situated as two bunk beds and can act as the perfect kid friendly space.
Location: Dogwood offers one of the most walkable locations in Breck. Just 150 yards from the BreckConnect Gondola, you can access Peak 7 and Peak 8 in minutes — no driving or shuttle needed. Main Street is a 5-minute walk away. In the summer, the Four O'Clock Trail sits just behind the neighborhood, offering direct hiking and biking access, while Carter Park and the Sawmill Creek Trail are also nearby. Despite its central location, the Woods neighborhood is tucked into a quiet stand of pines with no through traffic.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras. This HOA prohibits pets and street parking, as well as any wood-burning fires, and may issue fines.
We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
