Der Steiermark

There was a nice view of the river from the deck it was right downtown so you could walk everywhere but very old unit and dirty inside the Mexican restaurant in the building was good

We had very friendly staff at the hotel. The hotel bathroom had mold above the shower. The room was so hot we had the thermostat on low and had to keep the door open. Thankfully there was a small portable Fan, we used that as well. It is, however, in a good location. Our first experience staying here last year was much better.

Location was unbeatable. The balcony overlooking the lake and the creek running by were perfect to wake up to. The room looked newly renovated and free parking was a plus! Unfortunately they had some issue with the plumbing in the entire building so they moved us to Main Street Station. They were very helpful and accommodating but their "comparable" room was a huge downgrade. I would absolutely go back to Der Steiermark.

Cozy room with a full kitchen, fireplace, and cute little porch. The Mi Casa restaurant (literally attached to the condominiums) was amazing! The only complaint is the loud slamming door sound every 10 or 20 minutes. We couldn't figure out if it was the maids or other guests, because the peep hole was covered up. Also, check in was at 4PM, and even though we were only 10 minutes early, our room wasn't ready, and we had to park in a garage far away from our hotel to wait for a room is ready call, where there wasn't any reception. The staff were friendly, but did not ask if we enjoyed our stay.

Had a great time in Breckenridge and our stay at Der Steiermark was in a great location with a great view of the river from our balcony!!! Would stay here again!!!

Definitely not a three star. Probably was nice in 1972. Hasn't been updated since. Great location is the best part.

The hallways entering the room were disgusting. We were in the room for 10 minutes max before calling the front desk and requesting to be transferred to another hotel.

I was not told when booking that the unit would not have wifi. Had I known I would have gladly paid more or went somewhere else. This information should have been included It really limited the business I could get done while on vacation.

Didn't spend much time in the room. Great location. Very close to shops and restaurants. Quite loud. Could hear everything from other units.

We arrived an hour early for check-in and we were allowed to get our room early. The room was perfect for us, right off main street and everything was in walking distance. The underground parking was wonderful! We enjoyed setting on the balcony and taking in the views of the mountains, breathing the mountain air and watching people. We will definitely rent 117 again!

I stayed in Breck for about 3 days mainly for a conference. I feel I made a wise decision not to stay at the conference designated hotel! Will definitely stay here again in the future! I even couldn't help cleaning the room and making things in order on the day I left-as I really enjoyed my stay there.

This unit is getting pretty tired. Elevator sounds like it's going to give up at any moment. Hallways and carpet are worn. In the condo, things were a bit better, though No internet, poor/old quality iron and kitchen utensils. Bed not ver comfortable, and most notably there's a large sky light above the master bed... this would be fine in the winter, but not so great in the summer when the sun rises at 5:15am. Not at all impressed for what we paid for this.

Good deal, in the heart of all the actions at the Main St.

not that bad, but the hot tub was not working (I think that it doesnt work all summer). Was really hot and no A/C. Otherwise good.

The location of this property made it the right choice for this spring get away. It was convinently located across the street from Main Street station located at the base of Peak 9 and around the corner to main street. The rooom was clean and functional for two people for a short stay. We were here for 4 nights and 3 days. Internet was not attainable, the hot tub was warm but had a strange odor. This propery was a value when compared to other properties in the area.

Service [across the stree] went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including a welcome pack of coupons and recommendations. They have a great program in place. If I had to complain, the furniture was a little dated but the location and surrounding area more than makes up for it. The lift is across the street and great dining and shopping starts as close as the first floor!

Overall this place was a very good deal. The room was very clean and very nice. It is also in a great location. The hot tub was out of service when we were there which was disappointing and it was hard to figure out where to get the key from. Neither problem was that bad though.

It's nice to be able to walk to main street but the condo is small and everything is dated. Also, the heaters make the place really hot when on but its cold when off.
