Things you should know:

1 - At many lodges in Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability.

Current Overnight Parking Rates:

Nov 1 - Apr 30 - $50/night
May 1 - Oct 31 - $30/night

VILLAGE AT BRECKENRIDGE RESORT FEE:

The Village at Breckenridge has a daily resort fee of $17.50 per day. This will appear as a "property fee" upon booking.

2 - There is a No Smoking Policy which is strictly enforced by the Village HOA and violators will be fined. This includes any cigarette, vape and marijuana products.

3 - There is a No Pet Policy which is strictly enforced by the Village HOA and violators will be fined.

4 - Service Animals, as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA, are allowed. The work or tasks performed by a Service Animal must be directly related to a guest staying at the property, and to that individual’s disability. Emotional Support, Comfort and Therapy animals are not Service Animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are not permitted.

Place was exactly as it looks in the pictures. So convenient! Peak 9 and Main Street are at your door step. The immensities of the building are just so nice to have! Property manager is on call 24/7! What else are you looking for? It’s not the Ritz, but if you are looking for affordable and convenient-this is for you!

Location is prime! Amenities were wonderful! If you accidentally book the wrong dates, do not expect any refund or a timely response for accommodations, even if mistake was caught immediately. Parking is not free, even when told you have a spot reserved. Not clearly stated and charged at the end. Shower head was not functioning properly and drained poorly and needs shower curtain cleaned/replaced due to grim. Needs a new mattress on main bed. Ok after one night but uncomfortable after night 2. Great complex though and was able to get a decent price. Love Breckenridge!

Great location, but small condo

Condo was a perfect location at the base of Peak 9 -- a 2 minute walk to the lift. Stayed with my son. The condo was very clean, and the small kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The complex has hot tubs, indoor/outdoor heated pool, a game room, and a gym. All very nice. The condo is quite small. With the sofa bed open, there is very little room to walk around. The sofa bed open makes it difficult to sit at the 2 person counter where we ate breakfast. Twilla, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful with the one small issue we had.

Kids loved it here. It's small but super convenient. Got everything you need. amenities are very nice. The only thing is to never leave your phone, as entrance to the room is via app, as we got locked out twice. :-) The app worked OK most of the time.

We had some issues with checking in as we arrived a day late, but the property manager helped us out and was very responsive throughout our stay. She was very helpful. I called as there was no AC unfortunately, but this is common in almost all areas of CO. The place was clean and space was great! We enjoyed all the shops in Breck! We would def stay again.

Great location with great pools/hot tubs

To celebrate our anniversary, my wife and I decided to stay at this wonderful studio located in the heart of Breckendridge. The many hot tubs and heated pool was amazing and the location was perfect to easily walk to everything, including the gondola. We really enjoyed our stay. The one thing that took some getting used to was using the app in order to use the elevator and unlock our room; if you forget your phone or don't want to bring it, then you are pretty much out of luck. Other than that, I can't recommend this place enough.

I didn’t found in online advertisement info regarding parking spot, that it’s subject to separate and additional charge… This was ridiculous especially that pick 9 lifts been already shut down…. Also, no confirmation emails, no check in info emails - had to call and text few times manager but Twilla was thankfully on top of the game!
