This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore!

STUNNING VIEWS
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo's unique 6ft x 6ft picture window and wraparound balcony. The balcony has chairs and a café table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains.

SPACIOUS 1 BEDROOM / 1 FULL BATHROOM
Bear Condo is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 900 square feet which sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include a king bed, twin day bed with twin trundle bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is one full bathroom. This charming cabin and bear themed condo makes for a comfortable and cozy stay.

This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a luxurious soft leather sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs.

Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking.

The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network
of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.

YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE
Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more!

At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Many guests choose to shuttle in rather than bring a vehicle and pay for parking.

Beautiful condo! Twilla Entin, our host provided exceptional communication. The condo included everything we needed and more; kitchen supplies and kitchen appliances. Heater worked well. Great location; near Main Street and many restaurants. Negatives: Mattress on King size bed and trundle bed were not comfortable. Water in bathtub took excessive amount of time to heat up.

The condo was nicely appointed with a mountain and wildlife motif, which we enjoyed. The unit was clean and was well-supplied with everything we needed (except a few groceries ). The view of the resort with the gorgeous mountains behind was enjoyed multiple times daily. The location adjacent to the old town shops and restaurants was so very convenient.Finding the parking entrance and the first use of the app key was a challenge; but Twilla stayed on the phone and walked us through getting in…with a friendly, patient manner that kept me calm. She was wonderful!

Disappointing arrival

There were difficulties with entering the garage because we had not received the proper code for that purpose, allegedly texted by Twilla the morning of our arrival. Once in the condo, the interior and balcony were covered in dust or pollen. There were also crumbs on counters and tables, cigarette butts in the ash can (no smoking was allowed), no firestarter, and the balcony furniture was unusable because it was filthy. Once I contacted Sherif at vrbo customer service, and he was able to confererence in Twilla, a housecleaner arrived within an hour and Sindy did an excellent job of getting the condo and balcony in occupiable condition. We were also awakened at 12:30am the first night by chirping of the smoke/CO2 alarm because the battery was dying.After that first evening, contact with Twilla was good. There were also no blackout shades in the bedroom, despite having an east-facing ( sunrise) window. A handyman, Dan, arrived soon after I contacted Twilla about the battery and us being awakened about 5:30 am by the bright rising sun. He replaced the battery and later fashioned a temporary blackout shade that was acceptable. The view from the condo was outstanding and the visit was as expected after the initial problems were resolved.

Wonderful Family Trip

From the moment we walked in, this VRBO felt incredibly welcoming. It was clean, cozy, and so spacious! There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the stay. The location couldn’t have been better. It was just minutes away from all the great shops, restaurants, and local attractions.Our host was absolutely fantastic! Communication was quick, clear, and helpful from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made our trip completely stress-free.We had such a wonderful experience here and will definitely be booking this place again for our next trip! Location, location, location! Can't beat the location. Base of Peak 9. Less crowded than Peak 8. Main street is 1 block away. Walk out the door and your standing at the lift in about 60 seconds. The condo was great. Very spacious. Clean. Great view of the surrounding mountains and Maggie Pond. The village is a true ski in and ski out location. Host was very responsive. Great stay.

Second stay here and it’s still great

This is a really nice condo in an ideal location. The unit is spacious for a 1 bedroom and we really liked having a washer/dryer in the unit. This was our second stay here and won’t hesitate to stay here again. Our host Twilla was great and responded quickly to any of our questions.
